InfraPoint started because we were frustrated with the same tools everyone else was. ITSM platforms built for process compliance rather than for the teams actually running infrastructure. A choice between a bloated enterprise suite you would never fully use, or a collection of point solutions that did not talk to each other.
So we built the platform we wanted: one where incident management, change control, infrastructure mapping, and service requests are parts of the same workflow, sharing one dependency map and one SLA clock, instead of separate products bolted together.
We are a small team based in Europe. That shapes the product: it is built in the EU, designed around GDPR, speaks Slovak as well as English, and ships in a fully self-hosted on-premise mode for organizations whose data cannot leave their network.
